Part of a major regeneration of the civic heart of Brixton Town, the scheme included the dramatic adaption and transformation of the Grade II listed Victorian Town Hall, a building of traditional civic values, an impressive new civic administration building arranged over eight stories and the provision of significant housing, both affordable and private for sale.
