Part of the Victoria One regeneration in Victoria, Westminster City Hall, the original skyscraper pioneer of the area, had become the poor cousin of the street.
Having undergone a multi-million-pound refurbishment, the building was stripped back to its concrete shell and was re-launched with new cladding and plant levels. The building houses Westminster City Council at the upper levels alongside new tenants, completing the Civic quality of the area.
We’ve supported the client-side team in a technical advisor role, monitoring and reporting on all technical architectural issues through to assisting project managers Faithful+Gould with the phased handovers.
