We provided workplace advisery and design services for LaSalle Investment Management in the relocation of 150 staff to their new headquarters in the heart of London’s Mayfair.
By undertaking dedicated staff interviews and occupancy studies we developed a detailed accommodation brief and a design uniquely tailored the client’s needs. The new office space incorporates a variety of work-settings ranging from individual desks to extensive collaborative breakout spaces supported by a dedicated array of booths for concentrated work. The fit-out utilises variable density desking between work teams for an efficient use of space, enabling the furniture to ‘flex’ and ensuring the required workstations are available.
