Both Liz and Ioana are qualified architects (ARB/RIBA) with more than 25 years’ continuous experience (each) in the industry. We have come to specialise in advising corporate occupiers on new headquarters and workplace environments, the results of which have led to several award-winning built projects. We are both certified RIBA Client Advisers providing independent, impartial technical advice as integral parts of the core in-house client team. Liz and Ioana form a strong team with complementary strengths and a highly compatible skillset.

Liz provides a client-facing role giving strategic design and procurement guidance, often at the inception/business case stage of projects, with Ioana working at a more granular technical level, producing clear briefs for commissioning teams. We work jointly through projects, from inception to completion, advising on design production and adherence to brief, including technical advisory work throughout the site construction phase, enabling us to deliver the breadth and depth often required by occupiers commissioning large office buildings.

Our services range from briefing through to the delivery of new buildings. In particular, we are experienced in formulating early project objectives to help achieve our clients’ strategic goals.
