Progressing modern ways of working

With construction on site in full swing, we are currently assisting Crawley Borough Council with preparations for the occupation of their own space within the new civic office. Our fittings and furniture selection is designed to enable organisational transformation through modern ways of working whilst reflecting the client’s unique identity.

The BREEAM rated and highly flexible office building was designed by our sister company, Cartwright Pickard, with Kier as main contractor. Crawley Borough Council’s “Regenerating Crawley” is seeing their 1950’s town hall and council office replaced by 182 new homes and a nine-storey office building on the same plot.

We’ve been client advisers to the council on their civic office within this wider commercial development since the beginning when we first wrote the brief. We are continuing to provide workplace consultancy, technical assistance and monitoring the design, ensuring the brief and employer’s requirements are met by the design team.
