This new-build headquarters, home of the Defra department, The Agricultural and Horticultural Development Board, is the first delivered project within the masterplan for Stoneleigh Park, an Agri-Science Park in Warwickshire, for which Consarc achieved planning permission.

Shortlisted for the BCO and RICS building awards, the highly flexible building can be sublet into 8 separate tenancies or act as one composite HQ. The building takes inspiration from its rural context as a contemporary interpretation of an agricultural ‘barn’, featuring a blockwork base and high level vertical timber cladding.

Appointed by LaSalle Investment Management for the design and delivery of the CAT A project, we were subsequently appointed by the AHDB to fully consult and deliver their fit-out, including all furniture and fittings and move management advice.
