Stoneleigh Park Masterplan

Stoneleigh Park is a strategically positioned science park, the historic home of the Royal Agricultural Show Ground, in the centre of the UK, within Green Belt land.

Since the demise of the Royal Show, the site needed to find a new use and has grown organically into a major Horse Show and Events home alongside agri-science based businesses, the headquarters of the National Farmers Union and the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board, for which we were the architects.

We have worked with the landowners of the site for a number of years, successfully securing major master plan consent for new commercial buildings, event space and low carbon site wide technologies. The site is now directly affected by the routing of High Speed 2, which crosses the site.

We are currently working on the detailed planning consents for major relocated businesses by this construction and in creating a new master plan for 2025.
