We were appointed by Bidwells LLP, one of the UK’s leading property consultancies, to assist in the refurbishment and extension of their Cambridge headquarters.
Our services included architectural advisory, workplace consultancy and interior design. This integrated approach allowed our workplace strategy to drive the design from the start, ensuring the architecture and interior layout supported the implementation of new working styles. Working closely with both client and staff we developed a proposal uniquely tailored to their needs, relocating staff from various different offices into a single highly flexible and modern new workspace.
As part of the staff liaison, Consarc’s director Liz Pickard personally undertook over 75 one-on-one staff interviews of management and other staff, providing a tailored report to senior management. As a result, the client went even further in their working change than they had originally agreed, resulting in a smaller extension and associated project savings.View case study
