A beautiful and unique hotel in the South Downs, this historic castle had been run down and needed to be re-launched to the market.
Working with long-standing clients The Andrew Brownsword Hotels Group, we liaised closely with the owners and hotel management to rejuvenate and upgrade bedrooms, with particular challenges of re-planning all en-suites, gain new consents for conversion of redundant spaces and commence building fabric improvement repair work.
